Cade Wambolt

Managing Director

Cade is a proactive problem solver and nonconformist, dedicated to integrity and achieving excellence. With a background in entrepreneurship and hands-on experience in managerial accounting, they’ve grasped the power of numbers in shaping business narratives. Armed with a BBA and Master’s of Accountancy, Cade formerly held the designation of a CPA, determined to fill the gap in the industry for services that fall in and around bookkeeping, audit, tax planning, and general accounting/compliance. Recognizing that the traditional CPA firms might not be optimally positioned to fulfill these needs, Cade joined a small consulting firm offering fractional CFO consulting, controller support, and financial/accounting-related IT system implementation. Transitioning to an early CFO role at a tech startup, Cade realized that holistic business success requires more than using the right numbers to make decisions and learned the value of strong leadership combined with the personal and professional development of individuals and teams. While there, they oversaw teams in finance, HR, legal, and business process improvement, shifting their focus to creating aligned strategies across the business.

As the Managing Director at Idaho Accounting Services, Cade focuses on integration, growth, and evolution, striving to drive transformative business progress for our team and our clients. Located in sunny Los Angeles, their personal time involves gym sessions, weekend recreational sports, and exploring new restaurants in the greater LA area with their partner.
